Woking Peregrine Project

Peregrine Falcon (Falco peregrinus)

This week I discovered that our local Peregrine Falcons had been given their very own nestbox on top of Wokings’ tallest building, Export House, commonly known at the BAT building. What’s more is that they have installed a webcam so we (the public) can watch every minute of the action from the comfort of our own homes, Brilliant :). Peregrines had tried to nest there before, unsuccessfully, but now a pair have delivered 4 eggs which are being incubated as I write. I can’t wait to see how this story unfolds. Check the LIVE FEED out on the link below and see for yourself.
